Hi! Looks bang-on to me. You're even getting flax seed, which I must confess has been sitting on my kitchen counter for weeks and I keep forgetting to grind it up and take it. A+ !
Weight loss will be relatively slow, since you're already at a pretty healthy weight for your height. Exercise might be the factor that will speed things along a bit. Are you active?
