Question Low carbing, intollerances, and anxiety

For whatever reason besides me starting induction again with the addition of me not eating my intolerant foods, my anxiety is almost non existing for me. Has anyone else have similar findings?

I haven't had problems with anxiety, but I just wanted to respond with "Good for you!!!"

I can't address intolerances... since after a year... I'm still weeding those out... but I used to have major bouts of anxiety, panic attacks and depression. This went on since 1990... and got progressively worse. When I started LC'ing in 2002, my anxiety and depression totally VANISHED after a couple of months... and hasn't returned. It's for this reason above all else that I know this is the right woe for me. I'm elated!

Thanks for bringing this up. I don't hear much about it.
