Default Breakfast with high cholesterol ?

I see the CALP book has recipes that have eggs in most of their breakfast recipes for Craving-Reducing Breakfast Choices.

Would'nt that cause harmful increase in cholesterol levels in the blood ?

Will I have problems eating eggs everyday ?

Default Funny thing.....

Funny thing about cholesterol.....if you don't eat enough of it your body will manufacture it's own.

I eat a lot of eggs and do just fine.

I found a link that shows eggs do not raise cholesterol:

http://www.dadamo.com/columns/weekly/ask2.pl

I myself take eggs almost eveyday, since starting CALP 5 months back. At about 3 months from the start I took a cholesterol test to check if eating all those eggs would raise my cholesterol. It has'nt. In fact my HDL went up slightly, my triglycerides went down significantly and my LDL was also lowered. I also take Udo's Choice Oil which is high in Omega 3 EFAs, that would have helped improve my cholesterol markers as well.
