Default Carb Options Shakes

I was just wondering if anyone out there in lcworld has tried the Carb Opions ready to drink shakes and if they are any good. Or is there something in it that we should not have? I have tried the Atkins ready to drink shakes but at $2.18 a can I thought I would give the CO brand a try. Do these shakes have a tendancy to stall people? I sometimes run late in the morning and instead of not being able to eat I thought I would keep a couple of these on hand for those occasions. Or is this a bad idea?

I bought the C/O shakes and i didn't like them that much. The EAS was alot better.I will still drink them because I got to 4 packs of them and they do come in handy when I work. But I will never buy those again.

The CarbOptions shakes are "thin" in taste and consistency IMHO. I drink the Atkins shakes b/c they make me feel full and seem to do the trick for me...meaning, not stall me. It's unfortunate that the Atkins shakes are more expensive but, you get what you pay for.

I bought some Atkins shake in bulk at BJ Wholesale. Only way I could justify the cost
