Default Atkins Bake Mix instead of cornmeal ?

Has anyone tried Atkins Bake Mix instead of cornmeal on fish? Is it good? I just need some ideas on frying my fish. I am going to try pork rinds too. Any other ideas?

Bake mix does work for frying fish. I add a bit of seasoned salt. Look out though, the soy in it makes the oil foam a bit while frying!

Plain soy flour will also work. (cheaper than bake mix) Tonight I made fried green tomatoes and for the breading I dipped the tomatoes in seasoned soy flour. It turned out pretty good.

Keto Crumbs (http://www.healthierways.com/crumbs.htm) are also good for coating or as a filler in meatloaf, etc. I have used the original flavor in salmon cakes and the Italian flavor as a coating for chicken with parmesan and other herbs/seasonings in a recipe I got on line. We like 'em both. I am anxious to try the Cajun flavor.
