Default cookie technique

What is the secret of a crispy crunchy cookie? That there is no water in it only eggs as wet ingredient?
What would be a basic cookie recipe that could be later varied with different flavours or other things added?
vanille protein powder and eggs?
Kati

Hey kati.

I suggest you use the search facility to try and find this out. Let me know if it gives you some good answers.

You should also try the "Recipes" section.

Might give you tips on other nice treats.

Take care

Here's the bad news. What makes a cookie crisp is the combination of fat, sugar and to a lesser degree, flour.

Almost any low carb cookie will be soft. They're still good though!

The lowcarbluxury site has some good recipes for cookies, and there are a few on this site.
