I went to a kid's birthday party last night and ran into a friend's husband who I haven't seen in months. He came up to me and said "Hey girl, what have you been doing?" I said "Uh, nothing. How are you?" He said "I mean, you look great. You look like you've lost alot of weight. Especially in your face. How are you doing it?" I WAS SOOO EXCITED!!! This guy is totally health consious and way into looks. It made me feel so good that somebody noticed especially since I was kind of in a funk this week (my TMO and was having a really hard time not cheating.) I'm down to 183 from 198. I started Sept 1st. I have to admit I've cheated a few times. A bite of something here or there, not full meals. My husband has been telling me he has notice a difference too. He wants me to buy different jeans. He says my jeans look really sloppy because they are very big in the butt and legs. My problem is that I still have a big belly so my pants that used to be tight in the belly fit there now, but aren't big so I have to stay with my current size. My mini goal is to go down one pant size. When I do that I will be in heaven.
