On October 31st, my college is having their annual homecoming party/alumni bash. It will be 10 yrs since I graduated. (Is it possible I am that old??!!!) I have not been back there in years, a big reason is the weight I have gained. Now, I am so motivated to FINALLY lose this weight. Today I started a journal and logged on to fitday. I found out I have not been eating enough carbs, will have to adjust.

I must thank everyone...this forum is great! It's great to have so many out there that can motivate, support and offer advise. My dh tries, but he just doesn't get this woe. He asked me again today to eat a peach, then said, "You cant eat fruit?" Only the 3rd time I have told him that!

lol I love when my dh says 'let's order a pizza'. Duh! Ok, but I can't have any . Remember?
