TUMS Carbs

On my first day of induction I really needed something for some heartburn I had. I took a single cherry tums as that's all that was available.

I counted it as 2 grams of carbs as I wasn't sure what was in it. Even so I had maybe 10 grams of carbs all day.

Is this something which I will need to avoid completely or will a single tablet two or three times a week be OK?

Anyone used regular tums in moderation and still reached ketosis?

I used to live on Tums pre Atkins...After a week or two, I bet you will find you dont need them anymore except on rare occaisons...Carbs caused a lot of my heartburn....if not you may want to invest in some sugar free tums
