Default Question About Pilates & Fitday

Hi all,
I just started doing Pilates and want to enter it in my Fitday activity reports. Therefore, for anyone doing Pilates, how are you entering this activity? I see that they have T'ai Chi listed, but no yoga or pilates. I know I could do a search for Pilates/Fitday on this forum, but I get a million different posts when I do that and I just don't have time to go thru each one.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I have been trying to figure this out myself. They have hatha yoga on there which is completely different than pilates. I think hatha is more of meditation type yoga. I just have not been entering it on my fitday but I would love to know if there is an exercise that I can enter that would be roughly the same. Let me know if you find out about this PLEASE!
Thanks

I have been entering it into Calesthetics, the 2 different ones, including floor work and wts as my pilates is both, and is also a resistant type exercise, as everything tightening at once. thought this way was best I could do. hope this helps.

Thanks robkoe. I will have to try that out. It is nice to know approximately how many calories are being burned when you are working your butt off LOL
