Initial goal met!!!
Around Feb 2002, my husband and I began on this new way of life. I now proud to say that my original goal of 175 from 220 has been met.  I've gone from the size 18 plus to an easy 14 and even some 12's. What a wonderful feeling!!!!
During this time I have also learned something important....I can do even better!! I have adjusted my goal to 165 and who knows from there.
This way of life is just wonderful!!!
Those of you just starting keep it up ... you'll be amazed, happy and full of energy!!!
