Default What to eat with an unhappy tummy

Yesterday I had a tummy ache. I thought of all the things I usually eat with a stomach ache and I realized they're all carby foods. Fortunately the problem seemed to go away and I was able to eat some flax seed muffins which seemed the most like the foods I used to eat when my tummy was unhappy with me. Does anyone have any other ideas of things to eat?

(Oh, I also got some Diet Hansen's Ginger Ale... what a life saver!)

Broth with some veggies in it, mashed cauliflower, and custard come to mind. I make a custard with a couple eggs, some cream, Splenda or DaVinci syrup, a dash of vanilla or cinnamon. Nuke on low power until almost set, stirring occasionally.
