Default Is "Sparkling Water" same as water?

I bought some Croix flavored "natural sparkling water." It has no sodium, no calories, no carbs, no anything.

I find it works well as a substitute for diet sodas (which I was encouraged to get off of entirely), but can it double to meet water requirements as well? It goes down much easier than "regular" water.

I've read the opinion that both sparkling water and herb teas can count towards your water amount. I count my super weak herb teas.

Default That's good news....

Thanks, Razzle.

Just so happens that when I bought the sparkling water I also bought some herb teas.
