Is pepperoni ok to eat during induction? I sure hope so it keeps me from craving stuff. I eat that when I'm craving something.

I eat almost everyday. Some people would say no due to the tiny bit of sugar that is in it and because of the nitrates, but it hasn't stalled me yet.

Yes it is fine, just be careful as some do contain fillers and sugar, stick to the plain jane.

Just remember to limit processed foods because of all the sodium as well as the fillers.

I find though that having some pepperoni with some mozzarella really help with cravings. Alot of times I need soemthing salty. Even if I have a sweet craving, sometimes salty can cure it.

Pepporoni and Pork puffs were my saving grace during induction. I ate them in place of potatoe chips and salty snacks. Sometimes I would heat the pepporoni too long in the microwave though ... not a good thing
