Talking No Pms!! No Pms!!

I just have to share with whoever will listen: I had NO PMS this month!! My husband is beside himself with relief! And only 4 days into inductionj. I am so happy! It is enough to keep me off the carb roller coaster for a good long while! (fingers crossed!)

Unfortunatly my face is littered with evidence of a high carb lifestyle!! Hopefully it will clear up with a few more weeks of this WOE under my belt.....

(That pukey ball thing is one of the grosser things i have seen, but it is kind of endearing at the same time....!)

ps Doods my email is broken....

Default Goodbye pimples

Hi Natasha

I have always had pimples... not severe, but always 2 or 3 on my face at all times. They got really bad when I was pregnant {twice}. I went to the dermetologist and got creams and antibiotics... all temporary fixes and never cleared up completely.

This WOL has cured me, and only when I stray from it do I pay the price on my face! You will probably find that in the beginning stages of this WOE your condition might worsen while your body is cleaning itself of everything. In a couple of weeks you will be happy with the results I'm sure

And since you like it so much....

Ok, just to join in the celebration -- this is my third month LC'ing and every month my cramps have gotten better. This time I've had NONE. NONE!!!! And this from a girl who used to faint from the pain if she forgot to take her Aleve. Ok, I don't know what in our diet causes us the pain but I'm ridiculously relieved that I've cut it out. Although I hope to lose more weight, for the lack-of-pain alone I know I'm on the right track and won't go back.

That is great to here! I hope I can stay on the lc'ing wagon....it is getting a little tough. One week down and I feel pretty good but ther have been some very rough/sick spots. BUT if I can eliminate PMS from my life I will do my best to stay low carb! (I had minimal cramping, in fact, very very very little....)'
Good luck!

I've also noticed that my PMS is absent. This is fabulous. I would be interesting to know the reasoning behind this. Is it the chemical changes in our bodies...or is it that we just feel better about ourselves and we are already on a high? Oh well, all I know is that I am very happy with the end result.

Ehh...so like, I love that I don't get PMS or sore breasts or bloating anymore....but it's CREEPY in a way because I don't feel it coming. Between my diet and going back to school, my period has been out of whack and I've been scared this month of being preggo (it's a few days late).

I took a test and I'm negative, but it still feels really odd to not have any warning signs that it's coming to reassure me that it IS coming. I'd take a cramp or two to make me feel better about it showing up EVENTUALLY at this pont
