Default Xendrine?

I was just wondering if it would be ok to take Xendrine while LCing?? I've taken Xendrine before and it suppress's my appetite and i probably won't think about what I'm going to eat next. Plus, it makes me full of energy and I can do so much more. Any help would be appreciated

No, go to the General Exercise forum - there you will find the mother of all thermogenics stickies. All kinds of thermogenics are discussed, Xendarine among them.

And please remember, you're not supposed to be trying to 'curb' or 'quelsh' your appetite - if you are hungry EAT!
