any meat stir fry( The simple sauce is the secret)
I tried this recipe from a friend; V. Claridge. My family loves it! I've tried it with chicken and pork and got rave reviews each time.
Any Meat Stir Fry
2 Cups any meat (beef, chicken, pork) cooked
1 zucchini juliened or diced
1/2 onion diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Any other stir-fry veggies you like (broccolli, snow peas, peppers, etc.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Simple Sauce
2 Tbsp. of lemon juice
1 packet of Equal
Mix and set aside
In 2 Tbsp. oil stir-fry veggies for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Add meat and cook until heated through.
Place all in a bowl and pour sauce over. Toss and serve immediately.
