Default Please Help Me Quick?????????

I just had dental work done, and I am near starving having had to wait to eat.

I need perhaps a recipe for a shake or smoothie, with the things in my house.

I dont have whey powder or any of the Atkins shake stuff.

I HAVE looked in the recipe section and I have been to the Atkins site, and found nothing that does not need the above ingredients.

Do you have something up your sleeve to help me. PLEASE FAST?

THank you

Maybe some broth would be good or if you have canned tomatoes you would wiz them through the blender then heat them up with some basil and cream and it would be a drinkable soup. Sorry, i really hope you feel better soon. I hate being hungry!

If you have whey protien you can use water with it. It will just be thinner. Do you have any DaVincci or other flavored syrups to add? What about fruits, yogurt or so on?

Maybe make up some chicken broth and easy to tongue veggies? If you do go out, go ahead and pick up soem unsweetened yogurt for a treat or to mix with smoothy. It is carby, but limiting a serving to a half cup is only 5-8g carbs.
