Is any one doing curves? and their diet plan? or was on atkins and went over to curves? i would like an email buddy to do with. here on line. to help with tips.

I just started doing Curves last week. I go 3x a week and will build up to going more. I'm kinda doing my own low carb plan that's sorta Atkins but I eat fruit in the morning.

Janet.. not sure if you saw my post in your other thread but I am doing both the workout and the Curves diet. I am also a newbie to this board. I've been going to Curves on and off now for about 2 years (without the diet part) and have just added the new WOE. I would be happy to be a buddy!

How is every one doing?Instead of going to curves 5 days aweek like I have been for 14 months.Am going to go 3 days and work out on tredmil and other things those 2 off days.
Im also Starting as of Aug 1st. my own diet. Until I see how the new curves diet is going to be.
