Thumbs up NO Thanksgiving weight gain -- hooray!!



Okay, so I didn't lose anything either. But I can't recall a Thanksgiving when I've EVER maintained before!!



I've said it before and I'll say it again -- I LOVE this WOE!!

P.S. The pumpkin cheesecake that I made for dessert was a massive hit (even with the non-LC'ers)!! I can't recommend it strongly enough!!

That's great
For once I didn't gain a pound on Thanksgiving. I think I was too tired from cooking for everyone that I didn't cheat even a nibble. LOL

I pigged out on T-Day, but I've already lost 2 of the three pounds I gained. As I've said before... it was worth every cheating carb!
