Default walk & weigh

If i say it here , i've got to do it!!
the kids are back at school tomorrow , and at 9.15 , i shall be walking to a local shopping centre (45mins each way ) & jumping on the scales at Boots......
i dont expect to have lost , just need a baseline to compare myself to. i cant remember the last time i got weighed ...i stopped as i found it SO discouraging.
Have found a local yoga group in leeds, & intend joining next week (should be THIS week , but PTA meeting...)
Walk, weigh, yoga...I WILL fit in that bikini this year......
i intend to be fourty-five, fit & foxy , NOT forty five, feeble & frumpy!!!
