I just ordered The Firm 2 exercise videos -- figured its about time to add some exercise into my life. Do any of you do them? How have your results been?

Shannon, I have 7 Firm tapes and they are awesome. They will whip your butt too but once you get to where you are able to do them, you can really see results.

Lori's right, they are definitely butt-whippers in more ways than one. My parents are visiting and my mother said 'your butt's definitely smaller'.

The scale hasn't moved much in the past 6 weeks, so I attribute the loss of inches to the Firm - the fanny lifter exercises are especially awesome. There's no need to buy their expensive one - my Rubbermaid step 'n stor works great and plays double duty since I store my dumbbells in it.

I also recommend Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds for alternate days when you don't want to use weights.
