Technically, you are only supposed to use those products after induction. Apparently the sweetness of it can cause cravings and sugar spikes. One you get to ongoing weightloss you can enjoy those in moderation! Orchid

A lot of people enjoy sf jello and Splenda-sweetened whipped cream, even on induction and still lose. I lost the bulk of my weight on Atkins, and ate it several times a week, even on induction. It kept me sane...

It's your call.

Hi Dancin Joc- Welcome to our forum and congratulate yourself on doing something healthy and good for yourself. During induction I also used sugar free jello and whipped cream that I whipped with sweetners. It did not seem to slow down my weight loss either and was much better to eat than getting fed up and going back to the junk food. I also put a few tablespoons of cream in a glass of diet rootbeer and that helped me stave off the sugar gremlins too.

Keep up asking questions and don't forget to visit many peoples journals because that is where you will also pick up alot of information. Good luck. Alice
