Starting (over....sigh)
I'm just starting (again) today, going back whole hog, no pun intended, on a serious low-carb thing. I've been doing my own combination of eating plans, mostly pulling from Atkins and South Beach. I did the South Beach "induction" thing for a week a few months ago and lost 8 pounds, and since then have lost about 3 more, but I got waylaid by a bad cold and haven't been able to work out, and I've just gotten lazy as well: cheating all the time, going crazy with LC chocolate, etc. So here I am, day 1 again, to get myself back on track. I don't mind the slow progress at all, as long as it keeps going down, but I KNOW it's gone up in the past few weeks and I need to get my s*** together again! So here I am.
I've been lurking for the past few weeks and have gotten a lot of great ideas from this board. Thanks!
