RM garlic sallad, tomato, zucchini, haricots vents if I get to the store today.,
roe deer, almond potato dark chocolate 85 %, slice of toast, some fruit clementine and gingerbread cracker + some sweets.
ALL IN old school CAD RM.
Foods I would eat in secret when I was failing on other plans. The color of my face glows and I get that fresh look when I eat this diet - no cravings. No diet did that for me. Now I can eat them ONCE a day after a sallad/veggies and proteins.
