Can we have sugar free Jello gelatin on induction?

You really shouldn't.

I know most people will say they do, and sure you can....however the purpose of being on induction is to help break the carb cravings.

Eating something "sweet" regardless if it is a true sugar or false one can trigger insulin. Insulin in the blood stream will prevent us from buring fat. Which is why some people stall out on weight loss while consuming artifical sweeteners.

While I was on induction I followed it by the book and cut out everything but what was listed on those 4 pages of allowable foods.

I thought sf jello was listed in the induction foods list?
