Question Snack ideas for Birthday Party

We are having my son's 7 yr Birthday Party this weekend and I am wanting to make something low carb that I can eat to put out for the adults. We are having it at a local pool so it has to be something that is portable.

I was thinking of some sort of wrap with meat cheese etc but I am not very creative when it comes to cooking

Thanks so much
Tawnya

try ham spread with cream cheese (I've mixed my cream cheese with minced olives). Spread a T or so at one end, roll the ham, cut in half, secure with toothpicks.

Then you can do the same with roast beef and mayo flavored with horseradish

Turkey slices rolled around thin swiss cheese slices.

Buy all the meats at a deli to make your life easier, asking them to slice them to a perfect roll-up thickness.

Also put out a plate of cruditees, with a wonderful high-fat sour cream, cream cheese, or mayo dip (or mix all three!)
High quality soft cheeses like brie are good for the grownups, and most kids will leave it alone!

Okay, now I'm hungry--on my way to your party! lol.

Try the Cheese chips- basically, you microwave various cheeses in the microwave until they are firm or crunchy. i bet razzle's cream cheese and olive mixture would be great on these! a lot of high fat dips are fairly low in carbs- 1 gram per table spoon for some ranch flavors. set aside some celery sticks with it. also try mini keilbabs (is that how you spell it?) jam some toothpicks into slices of kielbasa, pepperonni, and cheese. a lot of younger kids like pickles too.
hope some of this helps
