Wink Do you notice water weight during "TOM"??? FOR WOMAN ONLY??

This week has been ruff craving which I was a good girl thinks to suger free jello..& iM BLOATED real bad Does the weight loss pick back after TOM??I havnt lost nothing this week at all but I havnt gained either even thow my tummy is very bloated my TOM started weird this time to a few days ago I had cramps that felt like labor pains that last an hr or so then I had spotting for two days now Finally Tom is here.& HEAVY.. Is this all about how it goes On low carbing??Before when I used adepex four yrs ago this happened to during tom but after Tom I always dropped 5-8 pnds right away I sure hope I respond that way again..
Has TOM changed at all low carbing & if yes how so????Curious!!!

Oh yeah one more ????What kinda cream do you use in the Jello recipe???Doesnt cream have carbs???My DH was begging me for cream in it but I thought we couldnt have it.. Hes so funny he says hes starving on this WOE Yeah right He eats protein all day!!

absolutely do I gain water weight during TOM and im sure so do 90% of women. You are changing your metabolism so it makes sense your periods may be different for a couple months...BUT they will re-adjust...mine did. Use the highest fat cream U can find

yea, TOM sucks!, but wait it out, it'll come off. If you only weigh once a week anyway, hopefully you won't even notice this change. BTW...I recently heard on one of these posts that in dr. Atkins newest version, he says no-no to sugar free jello. I beleive it's the Aspartame.

Still only spotting thought Tom was here yesturday but nope not yet & Im really bloated today.

I guess I'll just haft to keep giving my hbby the jello or he wont make it through his induction.Hopefully I'll find some other treats made from splenda for him..
