Default Question about insomnia

I've been having insomnia for the past few days. (Day 5,6,7 of induction) Could this be related to Atkins???

Or the fact that you have 5 kids? ( I have two!)

I never experienced this but our bodies react differently to major changes and if lc is a major change for you, insomnia is a possibility. I assume you are not taking in anything caffeinated past supper time? Exercising later?

If you do not exercise I would recommend that (at least 4 hours prior to bedtime) - you will have more energy through the day and it should help you get a good night's sleep.

Good luck!

I do the opposit, I use to have a hard time getting and staying asleep. Now I drop off easily, I wake up earlier than I use to. But I am well rested when I wake.

Do you maybe have something on your mind that is worrying you?

My finacee had trouble falling asleep during her induction phase. After the first two weeks though that passed and she sleeps fine now.

Myself, I work two jobs... some nights, some days so my sleeping pattern is all messed up so I couldn't tell you if it affected my pattern.

Default I know what you mean...........

I have 4 boys and a girl and when they were young I couldn't bring myself to go to bed when they did. The silence was just so enjoyable. Now one of my sons is 16, one is 12 and two are 10 and my daughter is 10. Yeah, triplets. They exhaused me, I should be sleeping by 9pm each night.
