Question ? Nervous, shaky feeling ?

I am into my 4th day of Atkins and I notice I have this nervous, jittery feeling, almost hard to concentrate. It seems to get a bit better after I eat. How long should I expect this feeling to last?

Thanks!

Normally a couple more days. Just make sure you eat legal foods, proteins, fats etc. Keep drinking lots and lots of water to help flush out the toxins.

Right now your body is complaining about "starving to death". Trust me it isn't. You are just making it switch from using glucose to stored fat which it has plenty of, it's just being lazy and complaining

Hang in there. It should pass in a couple of more days. Just make sure you eat when you start feeling that jittery feeling.
