Default Atkins supplements

Hi - I've just seen Atkns vitamin supplements for sale in my local Tesco's. Has anyone used them? I'm a bit of a cynic and am not sure if they really offer any advantages over the multivitamins I normally use. On the other hand, my weightloss has slowed down recently and product like Accel sounds too good to be true!

Yep, I use Basic 3. Have a search on here for Accel, sounds like snake oil and has caffeine...... yuck! I gave that up because Dr A told me to, I'm not going to start again because Atkins Nutritionals think I should!

Anyway.... put it this way, pick up your regular multi-vit package and the Basic 3 package and compare amounts of nutrients.

Be prepared to be shocked!
