Oh, i DEFINITELY intend on keeping this as a way of life. I had, already, cut out refined flours/sugars/etc. I didn't eat potatoes, corn, carrots... the really starchy stuff... or sugary cereals. Now, though, I've got 2 weeks before i leave for college, and i REALLY want to get this weight off. If i eat LESS, will i lose at a faster rate, since i've got so little to lose? maybe, like, just do VERY low carb (my salad being it for the day) and LOW cal? so, i won't have much to burn at all?
