Default Fitday.com Nutritional Goal Setup and Uploading Photo To This Forum

Hi there
I have two questions:
!./ On the Fitday.com site you can set your nutritional goals - when adding the fat component of your diet it wants you to enter a minimum and maximum amount in grams - how many grams do you enter?
Also - I love how some folk have their photos on this site - how can I upload a photo of myself into my profile?
Cheers
Lynne
Ps (3rd question!) What do the egg shells beside member's names represent?
Toodles!

Hi there,

First question - um, I didn't bother with that bit so can't help you. Sorry!

Second question: If you go to How do I add picture/icon to my profile? you'll get all the info. (It's in the Comments Box nd technical Questions forum)

The egg shells etc represent the number of times a member has posted. If you click your mouse over your egg, you'll find out what's coming next!

Cheers.

Rosebud
