Default Is there daily menu examples available for Atkins ?

gday,

Is there daily menu examples available for Atkins ? I've been on the Atkins website but it doesn't seem to have everything I'm looking for.

Is having 2 cups of coffee a day a bad thing ? With 1 Sugar and Milk ?

What sort of things should I have with say a Steak for dinner etc ?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

cheers,

Adam

Welcome Adamst, since you don't have the book at the moment.
Look in people 's journal and check out their menu.
Not mine I did not put my food down.

Broccoli with butter and a dark green salad with blue cheese dressing..

Hi Adam,

Before embarking on the Atkins program, pick up a copy of the newest edition of the Diet Revolution and give it a thorough reading. All the hows and whys are explained there.

Low-carbing eating is a personal thing based upon food preferences within low-carb guidelines. Once you know and understand the guidelines, it's fairly easy. Reading the book will give you all the insight you need to start and keep going.

Karen
