Default Hi from The Skinny Daily Post

Hi folks,

I've referred people to this great site over and over again without ever checking out the support forum. High time I did.

I'm a big fan of weight loss and fitness support forums for the help they give people who are engaged in such hard work.

My own site is a daily support site for people who are working hard to lose weight and get fit. A daily article and a few links for more learning or just for fun. Visit or subscribe. It's free, no spam, no ads. No kidding.

Nice to be here,

JuJu

UGH!! At 4:45?!??!

I have to tell you that I stayed up WAY past my bedtime reading some of your great articles. And guess what?! I set my alarm for 5:15 to get my workout in BEFORE work. This is significant, you see, because I am notoriously lazy. I've been trying to get my butt in gear to be more consistent (and vigorous) with my exercise program. The only thing that really ever worked for me in the past was to get it done 1st thing, but I've been in denial and trying to make do with evening workouts. It's not happenin'. I know these last few pounds are not coming off unless I do something new.... and what a great way to start the day!!

Feet On Floor....just get my feet on the floor and I'm in the chute. Sound familiar? Thanks for the boost.

Default Hi Terri

Oh I'm glad to hear that worked for you.. Feet On Floor.

I'm sorry I kept you up, but am so flattered that you kept reading..

I need to go back and reread some of those posts myself... ;-)

I've been struggling back from a bad upper respiratory flu, and I'm babying myself waaaaaay more than I should.

I just found a new gym, though. One where I can get a protein bar AND a cup of herbal tea on my way out the door. That's saying a lot where I live.

I'm going to explore this place now.

Thanks again,

Juju

Thumbs up WOW!

Hi JuJu

I just wanted to let you know that I visited your web site via TeriDoodle's Journal. I haven't been able to check out everything, but I'm going back as soon as I finish this post.

I have a very nice Parabody Weight Stack machine plus various free weights downstairs that are now buried under out of season clothes and other assorted junk! You have really inspired me! I'm going downstairs today and clean out that room and make it the training center it once was! I am so excited!!! Also love all your nutrition info. Your site is definitely bookmarked so I can return often.

So nice meeting you!
