Default anyone have the full nutritional count for subway wraps?

got up late this morning and didn't have time to pack lunch or even fix breakfast. I grabbed an atkins bar (kept for such "emergencies") and 2 string cheese and called that breakfast. I decided to see what all the hoopla was over the wraps and stopped at Subway for lunch. I got the chicken bacon wrap- 8 carbs. Ok great 8 carbs- I asked for the nutritional counts for the wrap and they didn't have that info. I'm an avid fitday user and want to enter it. Does anyone have the rest of the nutritional info other than the carb count?

BTW it was really good!!

Default Why bother with the 8 carbs?

Skip the wrap, get a salad and pile on the meat, mayo and veggies. Less carbs gauranteed. We don't need to wait for fast food ceo's to do this for us.
Order whats up there, skip the fries, the shake and the bread and EAT UP.

kinda hard to eat it that way in a car--- I'm a homecare nurse and eat on the run everyday in my car between patients. Although I am getting pretty adept at eating a salad while driving- if it's in my specific square container I pack my salad in everyday.
