Why are you baking your chicken? Fry that baby up. Remember Fat is your friend. The more you consume of it the better. Drink more water as crazy as this sounds. Careful with the bacon they carry lots of sugar and salt sometimes. Depends on kind you buy. I find too much bacon slows me down. Other than that looks like your doing good. Keep up the good work.

Lily.....your on your way girl, keep it up

Actually the pork skins help me drink more water. Of course we have some nice flavored ones like salt and Vinegar!

I would definately add a good multi vitamin and calcium supplement and a Flax Seed Oil capsule might be good.

Thumbs up I joined Fitday

This is my 3rd day back to low carb. I have gain wt. I am fed up with the way my clothes now fit.
I did not see any Atkin's or sugar free( as a heading) so how do I add it if I have an Atkin's shake.
Fitday says I need to lose 1.78 # a wk to be at goal on 10/01/04.......250#. I have done that before. However, I am now disabled so I am going to have to find ways to be active that do not include walking. I do go into the pool 2 - 3 times a wk.
I was 395. Anyone who has any ideas of very low level activity I would like some ideas.

It's an EFA (essential fatty acid) that promotes heart health and healthy hair and skin as well. It is one of the recommendations in Dr Atkin's book. I was already taking it b4 starting LC so I just continued.

Marilynuu, there are actually workout tapes that you can by on the internet that are like "chair aerobics". Just do a search on aerobic videos and you should be able to easily find them.

Hope this helps!
