Question GG Crackers???

I've just got Dr Bernstein's book for my mam who's been diabetic for nearly 3 yrs. She's desperate to lose weight and really wants to give it a go.

We've noticed that in the book, a lot of the recipes etc contain GG Crackers. What are these? and can you get them in th UK? If so, where? If not, are there any alternatives?

Sorry for the questions but I really want to help my mam start this and I've never heard of these crackers before.

If you check the back of Dr. Bernstein's book, he gives a list of suppliers that carry the products that he mentions along with phone numbers and/or addresses where they can be contacted to place orders.
I've never tried the GG crispbreads, but did try the Bran-A-Crisp. They're awfully dry but nothing that can't be cured by a generous topping of butter and a nice creamy cheese.
I don't miss crackers all that much and don't find them that satisfying, so only have them occasionally.
