Is there a trick to getting into the chat room?

Sorry.....I know it's a newbie question (which I am) but whenever I click on the "click here" for the chat room all I get is a blank netscape screen. Any suggestions....and thanks in advance.

I just checked it. It was very slow to come up so it stayed blank for a long time. I get only a half screen and have to maximize it in order to post.

Hi Waterdragon,

I believe others have also had problems with getting into the chat room while using Netscape. If you have access to IE, that would solve your problem.

I'm moving your question to the Comments Box and Tech Questions forum - have a look there for other posts asking the same question and you may find a better answer.
