Exercise to our goal challenge......
Hi all I know there are tons of exersice challenges out there, But I know that personally I do better if I start a Callenge myself.... so here it goes.
I perpose that we exersice 3 times a week for at least 30 min. Does not matter what you do, walk,run, pilates, arobices, Whatever just do it for 30 min 3 times a week.
WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
