I've made yogurt with it and it's turned out great. What you can also try is making yogurt with it, then mixing 1 scoop of Atkins chocolate shake mix with 1/2 cup yogurt. It comes out like chocoalte pudding. Other shake mixes and other flavores of Atkins don't have the same thickners, so it doesn't work as well.

Hi Aysiama, I made SF pudding with carb-countdown milk before and it came out great! I tried almost every single flavor. Butterscotch was by far the best and pistachio was up there as well ! Chocolate, white chocolate and banana were alright.

Unfortunately, that is the only way I've used Carb countdown. I found it too thick and creamy. I usually prefer the lighter taste of soyslender but DON'T make pudding with that cuz it comes out just awful!

i just finished eating a serving of sf white chocolate pudding made with carb countdown. it was just like the old high carb version.

i have also made regular chocolate flavor and it came out great also. the chocolate i made with the 2%, the white chocolate with the homoginized.

Carb Countdown is great for the sugar free puddings! I was using milk that had 11 or 12 grams of carbs in it before, because I couldn't find anything else. Great Stuff...So glad they came out with it!

I just now finished eating a bowl of the banana. I used the fat free carb countdown and it turned out yummy. I think white choc is my favorite flavor. Good luck.

Isn't there a lot of carbs in SF pudding? All that bulk must be maltodextrin or some other filler.

The highest carb count for sugar free pudding is the chocolate, which has 8 per serving. This is the highest one I've seen so far, but I'm sure if you use the Carb Countdown milk it will be lower than that. Is there something about the pudding that I'm missing that could make it higher in carbs? I eat it, but don't want to stall. Anyone know?

what brand of SF pudding are you getting?

The only ones I have ever seen had tons of carbs and had aspratame in it.

Is there a low carb splenda brand hiding somewhere?
