Unhappy Aspartame Sodas, Why Not?

Hey All.
Haven't finished the whole book, but I came upon a page that
said aspartame (Equal/Nutrisweet) sodas are a no-no.
Is aspartame another substance like alcohol that provides energy
to be burned, rather than fat?

I can't stand the idea of drinking sugared sodas...what else is
out there? (You know, for mixers, etc.)

Thanks in advance,

TW

Aspertame is not allowed because of potential health risks and also because it may slow or stall weight loss.

Water is your friend!

But, some people would rather shrivel up and die rather than drink water so, you may have Splenda sweetened drinks. Fruit20, premade Crystal Light, and Diet Rite soda are quick ones I can think of.

You may want to check the splenda website for a complete list of their products.

Oh and if you mean mixers as in alcohol, you can't have that either.

Iced tea without sugar really grew on me and I have that when I eat out. Water the rest of the time.
