Anyone else from Oregon? Been here 7 years myself, imported from Florida. Yes, I do miss the sunshine in the winter, but the beauty of the state and the friendliness of the people makes up for it.

Speaking of it, where is that spring

yup, i live in oregon!! i come from the east coast though, connecticut. been here 5 years. i miss the cold, snowey, crisp winter days myself. oh, yes, and i sure hope spring is comming!!! i am tired of haveing wet feet!! hehe

I live in Southwest Washington, but I go to Portland every weekend to save sales tax and shop, shop, shop!

Nice to see some Northwest people here. I love the trees and the beauty of the place. I miss the sun, but I travel for work and I get into it enough. I DO NOT miss southern california!

Have you tried Whole Foods Market in Portland? What a terrific place to shop!
