The muffins, pancakes, etc. call for Atkins Quick Quisine Bake Mix, but most of the other recipes do not call for anything special and if they do, I am sure it can be substituted. For instance, in the recipes that call for ready made store bought bread I am sure you could substitute another brand of low carb bread. Same with recipes calling for low carb noodles. But I would say the majority of recipes do not call for anything out of the ordinary. But the best thing is that all the recipes give the carb counts per serving, so you don't have to add up the carb counts for each individual ingredient.
