Question Question for Trainer Dan re: flat muscles

I have noticed my muscles don't appear as flat on TKD as they do on LC/LF, high protein diets. I can still get a decently hard looking flex out of them. It's great! Why is this? High fat content maybe? I am constantly in ketosis (small to moderate reading each time). Can you explain? Thanks in advance for your insight.
