Bruised tailbone
Lately, (about 3-4 weeks now) I've noticed my tailbone hurts. Hurts to sit long, hurts when I stand up. Figured I've lost alot of padding (jokingly). Maybe the excercises I've been doing? When I was talking to the doctor yesterday about my B/P, and all, I happened to mention the tailbone thing and she thougth maybe it was a muscle thing. I said it's a problem because I was fixing to take a long trip from central Texas to Canada-driving! Anyhew... when I got home later, and took my walk I began to do my daily crunches (180 of them) and realized that this is probably what is causing the problem. Has anyone experienced this? Could this be the cause of my pain? IF so is there something I could do about it to prevent it, cure it..... Help....
