Talking Completed my Induction

I completed my first 2 weeks and lost 16 lbs. I think I am going to stay on Induction for a little while and transition to OWL as I get closer to goal.

Thumbs up Way to go!

CONGRATULATIONS on completing Induction!

That 2 week period is tough for many people to get through. I don't remember that much about it, except that I was grumpy and short tempered in Week 2.

But on the other side of Induction, things got much, much better.

Continued LC success and good health to you!

Donald

Wow, 16 pounds on Induction!! CONGRATS!!!

I'm on Day 3 of Induction (I think this is my 2nd or 3rd Induction go round) and I forgot how difficult it is. What did ya eat basically?

Meat, meat and meat?

I am desperate for some delicious induction recipes!

I was losing so fast the first week that I had to take some potassium so I wouldn't get dizzy. Being in ketosis I am rearely every hungry and sometimes worry that I am not eating enough

Lightbulb

I was eating meat-Chicken, Fish a little beef. I had string cheese, eggs (mostly boiled) and some nuts. Most of my veggies came from salads.
