Default Fat Fast??

Hi Everyone! I was just rereading the fat fast because alot of people are interested in trying it to see if it would help them accelerate their weight loss.

I was actually seriously considering it because I seem to be losing so slowly. Then I reread the pages 271-274.

For those considering this, be careful because according to the book "the Fat Fast is actually dangerous for anyone who is NOT metabolically resistant" . It's kind of like starving your body because you eat 1000 calories a day (a meal every 4 hours). It is extremely limiting and you get 90% of your calories from fat.

I was just wondering if anyone who was actually metabolically resistant tried the fat fast (followed according to Atkins) and if it helped. And if you continued losing when you went back to induction.

Also for those who wanted to accelerate their weight loss and tried the fat fast (followed according to Atkins), I was wondering if after you went back to induction if you also continued losing.

Peace
red
