Default Fit Day question.........fiber

does the FitDay site count fiber carbs when it gives a total carb count for say broccoli? It gives fiber carbs as a percent and # of grams when it lists nutrients but if you add it as a food eaten today, it appears to be using the total carbs (fiber and non-fiber).
I'd be quite happy to eat twice as much broccoli if I can halve the Fitday carb count for this food.

You know, there's a FitDay stickie that tells you how to use FitDay. I had the same question as you and I think it says there in that stickie that you can subtract fiber from the "total carbs" that FitDay lists for a food. So if Fitday says, hypothetically, "broccoli 1 cup = 20 g carbs, 15 g fiber" or whatever, you can rest easy knowing that 1 cup broccoli = 5 g usable carbs (or whatever teh real numbers are). Anyway, that's my memory of the FitDay stickie -- someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

rhaazz, you are right, you have to use your math skills when using fitday.
