Question Please look at my daily menu...........

Would you look at a typical days menu and give me some tips?.........

Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs in butter w/1 deli slice of ham

lunch- 2 cups iceberg lettuce with chicken cubes and shredded cheese and 2 tbls ranch dressing

supper- 1/2 lb ground beef patty, boiled cabbage with butter and salt and sometimes yellow squash

Water-80-100 oz day

I take the starter kit supplements daily(essentail oils, multi-vitamin and dietary supplements)

I seldom snack because I just don't feel hungry with this plan

what do you think?

I think it looks good. Very similar to my typical menu. Are you using fitday to track your foods?

I think your menu looks good. I would suggest increasing your water intake to a gallon which is about 125 oz. Good luck!

Instead of iceburg you might want to check out darker greens. Romain, leaf lettuce, butter lettuce and so on. They have more nutrients then iceburg and can add a variety of tastes.

Be very careful of deli ham. Almost all ham has sugar included, some more then others. If you are getting it strait form the deli, ask to read the nutritional info on the package they are slicing from.

The menu looks good. You might want to do as Kim sugegsted and start using www.fitday.com because ketosis is causing you to not be hungry, it can be really easy to start eating way to few calories without really noticing.
